We are inviting you to join us for a day of Yoga celebrating Summer Solstice with a bunch of fun loving and like minded Yogis!


The event is run and organised by Tania Mackie, Cheryl Godfrey-Ross, Natallia Maguire and Catherine Harry.


We are hoping that this occasion will mark the beginning of many more Yoga, Mindfulness and other events in the Highlands uniting this wonderful multinational community and sharing the knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for wellbeing, heritage, history, cuisine and arts with those born and bread in the Highland and all those for whom Scotland has become the second home.


We would like to give you an opportunity to explore four different Yoga styles presented by four local Yoga Teachers coming form very different backgrounds and offering their own bespoke styles and ways of teaching.


  • Food and drink will be available to purchase on the day, but you are more than welcome to bring your own lunch

  • Yoga mats will be available to hire on the day for £1. If you have your own mat please bring it with you.

  • You might want to also bring a blanket and any other props that you feel you might need for your practice (yoga blocks, meditation cushions, bolsters)

  • We apologise in advance, but this is not a kids friendly event. Children ages 12+ accompanied by parents are welcome to attend (Ticket is required)

  • There will be plenty of stalls showcasing what local businesses have on offer.

  • This is an open level event. No previous Yoga experience is required.

Group Discounts are available. We are giving 1 Free Entry Pass with a Group Purchase of 5 Tickets. These have to be purchased as a bundle of 5 to be eligible for a massive £40 discount for a group of 6 people.


If you would like to book a stall at the event, please contact us to be sent out a booking form. You can make a payment through the website or other means of payment can be arranged as well.


Event Outline:

  • 10:30am – Doors Open to allow early birds to check in and browse the stalls, pick your spaces in the yoga room and chat to the instructors.

  • 11am – Welcome Address (Keynote speaker is to be announced)

  • 11:10am – 12:30pm – Communal Yoga Session with four fabulous teachers focusing on Pranayama, Mindfulness, Flow, Balance, Asanas and relaxation.

  • 12:30pm – 1:10pm – Lunch Break and Stalls Browsing. The stalls will include Reiki, Massage, Art, Clothing, Yoga, Wellbeing, Crystals, Aromatherapy, Food, etc.

  • 1:10pm – 2:50pm – Afternoon Yoga Session focusing on balances, twists, backbends, inversions, movement and dance and concluded with deep Kundalini relaxation and chanting.

  • 2:50pm – 3pm – End of Day Gathering (speaker to be announced)

  • 3pm – 4pm – Time for browsing the stalls and asking questions
