Tall Tree Yoga is located in Culbokie on the Black Isle. Tania is a Hatha Yoga Teacher, Sea Kayak Leader, Sea Kayak Coach and Mountain Leader. Weekly Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all and are held on a Thursday at Findon Hall, Culbokie from 8 - 9pm. Family Yoga, Early Morning Yoga and workshops are run at weekends. Tania also offers sea kayaking and paddleboard yoga for both groups and individuals.
