Laughter Yoga is a way of learning to laugh for no reason to achieve some of the physical and psychological benefits of sustained and hearty laughter. It does not rely on humour or comedy. The session involves simple laughter exercises combined with deep (yogic) breathing; followed by a relaxing guided meditation to finish.
